President & Senior HR Consultant
Andrea is the President and Sr. HR Consultant for Superior HR Consulting. Andrea is a seasoned Human Resources Professional and Certified Career Coach. Andrea holds her SHRM-CP and Career Coaching Certification, Masters in Organizational Management with an HR Concentration and a Masters in Higher Education.
Andrea has a background in Human Resources Development and Management with over 17 years of Experience. Andrea has worked for large corporations throughout the Midwest and South-East and has proven skills in Strategic and Operational HR Leadership, Change Management, Policy Creation and all main Areas of Human Resources.
Andrea is a skilled Recruiter, having recruited cross-industry and worked on government contracts. Andrea created Superior HR Consulting to be able to be a Business Partner for Business Owners and help strategically strengthen their operations through Solid Human Resources Practices.
